If a user reaches a cumulative lifetime deposit total exceeding 10,000 USD or the equivalent amount, or requests a withdrawal of any amount on the Rocketbet platform, completion of the full KYC process becomes mandatory.
Verification may also be required at any time if suspicious activity is detected, regardless of the deposit or withdrawal amount.
During the KYC process, the user must provide the following details:

The user must also upload the following documents:

If a user has not successfully completed full KYC, they are not permitted to make additional deposits or withdrawals.
Before any withdrawal is processed, a detailed algorithmic and manual review of account activity and balance is conducted to ensure that funds result from legitimate activity on the platform.
Users may not transfer funds directly to other users under any circumstances.
